Dr. Chi Zhang earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, where he developed a deep interest in cosmetic and restorative dentistry. He is committed to delivering comprehensive, evidence-based care that prioritizes long-term function and natural esthetics.
Dr. Zhang is a Scholar Candidate at The Dawson Academy, where he is completing the comprehensive dentistry continuum. The Dawson philosophy approaches every patient as a complete masticatory system — recognizing that healthy teeth, harmonious occlusion, balanced muscles, and stable temporomandibular joints all work together. Rather than treating teeth in isolation, Dr. Zhang evaluates how the joints, muscles, bite, and esthetics integrate, ensuring that restorations not only look beautiful but also function predictably for a lifetime. He also pursues advanced training in adhesive and biomimetic restorative dentistry under internationally recognized educators, allowing him to offer the most conservative, tooth-preserving techniques available in modern dentistry.
A passionate dental photographer, Dr. Zhang documents every case meticulously — using clinical photography both as a diagnostic tool and as a way to communicate treatment plans clearly with his patients.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Zhang enjoys skiing, golfing, playing tennis, and exploring New England with his wife.
