We accept most insurances. Please feel free to call or text the office for any questions regarding your insurance company. Please bring your insurance card with you to your first visit. Insurance policies typically cover only a portion of the total treatment cost. We will gladly help determine the amount that insurance will pay and the percentage that you will be responsible for. Unless other financial arrangements have been made, we ask that you pay your portion of the bill at the time of treatment. Any balance not paid by your insurance company will be your responsibility.
